What is your shipping process?
Please allow 1 - 3 days for your purchases to be shipped.
All items worth over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
For domestic shoppers, all standard shipping will be sent via the USPS or UPS. All express shipping will be sent through FedEx Express.
For international shoppers, packages will be sent via FedEx Express. Please note, FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy?
Returns are welcome up to 7 days after item is received for a store credit ONLY. All items must be returned in original condition. All items purchased new with tags must be returned with tags still attached and in unworn condition. Additionally, buyer is responsible for the return shipping and handling cost. Store credit will be given for the total of the item minus shipping cost.
What if I need to return my purchases?
You have seven days from the day your purchase arrives to return your item. All returns will receive store credit in the total amount of the item excluding shipping costs. Once your return is received, you will get a personalized code sent to your email that can be applied to your future purchases. The code does not expire.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
You, the buyer, will be responsible for shipping fees on returned items.
